If someone is evil because they cannot bring themselves to acknowledge anything positive about America, then how much good must one acknowledge about America before one can be called a saint?
Here's what I found good in America.
1. San Diego Comic Con
2. Going jitterbug dancing on a Sunday night.
3. Learning to Salsa, Zydeco, and other dances.
4. It was a nice drive between San Francisco and San Diego.
5. Colorado is really beautiful.
I infinitely preferred Mexico.
I spent 11 years in America. it was not a positive experience for me. I eventually realized it would never work for me, packed my bags, surrendered my Green Card and went back to the UK.
I'm so sick and tired of the type of Americans who bring up China, communism, Russia, as examples of great evils. Why not bring up children in cages?
My immediate gut reaction is to withdraw from the person in every respect. And I withdrew from you pretty much from the first question.
I'm not sure why so many people think that the author of an article has the time to have a discussion with a reader. I'm sorry you thought that. Quite honestly, the longer the discussion goes on, the more likely it is for me to start using Ad Hominems. I'm autistic, have Asperger's Syndrome, and I don't handle longwinded interactions well.
My apologies.
