I would go with all of that. The bottom line is that there is far superior writing on Medium, and she is not a writer.
This is the work of someone who doesn't understand flow, who was boring, longwinded, and wrote about a topic that most readers aren't interested in. However, that kind of topic is very fashionable in literary circles.
I think this is the best critique I read on the judging criteria.
