I worked for several companies in the USA. I worked on a full time basis. I worked as a casino dealer, an interior designer, a writer (for several companies), etc. I deal 9 different games to a professional level, have a degree in interior design, and have been a published writer for 62 years, so my qualifications are well established.
Yes, I did sustain a workplace injury while working as an interior designer. No, I did not qualify for disability or anything else, because if an immigrant wants to qualify, they have to have worked in the USA for ten years. And, yes, I paid sufficient taxes to have earned a small USA pension which I still receive.
So, now, can you tell me what any of that has to do with what I said. Incidentally, I was also a staff volunteer for San Diego Comic Con for ten years.
I lived there between 2003 and 2014. My daughter lived there between 2003 and 2021 and finally surrendered her green card in 2023. I surrendered mine in 2015.I was a legal immigrant.
