I trained at the London School of Journalism and my late father reported (amongst others) for Reuters before and during WWII. (I'm 70.) There is no way in hell that I would trust 'real, independent journalists.' They do not have the resources to do the kind of investigative journalism necessary to keep up with what is going on.
