I think you've misunderstood something about writing for a living and what it means to be a writer. Writers do NOT succeed because they all support each other. And writers most definitely do not read other writers because they want to be read themselves.
Writers succeed because a) they got lucky and b) they're damned good writers who write something that readers want to read.
Unfortunately, some people treat Medium like a social networking site. They aren't there to read. They are there to make friends and influence people. They clap, not because they approve or are giving you support, but because they want you to think that they are. That way, they assume, you will then come and read theirs.
I never, never, never support other writers. I don't know any professional writer who does. We don't support writers in order to suceed. We write good, intersting stuff in order to be read by readers.
Next, you can find out how long people are reading you for if you open your own publication and publish all your own stuff in your own publication. Most of the top writers publish only in their own publications. The stats given there shows you exactly how long people are reading you for.
Lastly, your formatting makes what you say very difficult to read. In English, typestyle are as much an indication to the reader as grammar is. So when you use the tool that is meant for quoting other people's writing without it being something that someone else said, it is very confusing. Also, when you keep using bold to emphasize something, it detracts the reader. It is the power of your words that needs to move people, not your formatting.
Hope that helps.
