I think you need to look at other reasons as to why China killed all those people.

The top 10 atheist countries in the world are:

1. China

2. India

3. Japan

4. Vietnam

5. Russia

6. Germany

7. France

8. United Kingdom

9. South Korea

10. Ukraine.

In Sweden, only 18% of the population believe in god/s. In Finland, only 27% of people believe in god/s. Most European countries are predominantly secular. Where is the evidence that because they are atheist, the government went around murdering eveyrbody.

I don't 'think' anything about atheists. I read the studies, the research, etc. These are scientific methodologies that focus on facts.

The history of the church is full of slaughter. There are the inquistions that mrudered Jews and Muslims. The Crusades did the same thing. One of the reasons we have the modern world is because the Enlightenment brought about the Freedom of Speech.

Freedom of speech evolved in order to protect scientists from being executed by the church for saying things like the earth was around. This is historical fact.

No, not every person who preaches from a pulpit is morally bankrupt, but too many are. There is also a strong antiscience movement in the church, as in Islam, and this is harming our world.

I'm not sure where you get your information from that 50% of (American) marriages do not end in divorce, but perhaps you might like to read a legal paper on that?

The reason that evangelical Christianity is anti-science is because science repeatly disproves claims made in the bible. The supposed 'scholars' who counter this are all bible scholars. They do not have a scientific background, and what they count as evidence is not acceptable in secular science. They are, in other words, biased in their conclusions and methods.

What happened to me didn't happen in one particular denomination or one particular city. It was a variety of churches in different cities. It's also itneresting that atheists know more about Christianity than Christians do, and that many atheists are the children of pastors or come from deeply religious families.

Please be aware that this is not a personal attack. It's just stating that the author was inaccurate that Christians do not attack others. They do. Harssment by Christians of others has been steadly increasing, especailly in the United States of America.
