I think you misunderstand what 'rights' are . Every country determines what its citizens can do. Those are 'rights.' Like Free Speech is a right. Or in America, the right to wear a gun is a 'right.' Howver, those things aren't 'rights' in other countries, because those countries have different laws.

You don't get 'rights' just becausee you were born. Businesses don't give people 'rights.' Businesses sell products.
