I think there's another division here - between those who are educated (and I don't mean business owners) and those who aren't. I don't know anyone (regardless of wealth or not, or vaccinated or not) who is not continuing to wear a mask.

That is because we are all sufficiently well-informed to know that the virus, particularly, the Delta variant, is getting past the vaccination. We all know that 95% reliability means that 5% of those vaccinated still get the virus - vaccinated or not.
