I think there is a lot of confusion about what leadership is today. I have tested 'natural leader' for a lifetime. I couldn't give a damn about leading anyone. I never advise anyone. I never look for folowers. The fact that people follow me is more a result of the kind of decisions I make and the kind of thing I write.
