I think the government doesn't say something for a very simple reason. They don't know what it is. I have seen a UFO. It was flying in the plane next to me for 10 minutes. Photos were taken of it by a lot of people. What was it? I have no idea.

I think it probably was a weather bolloon at Roswell. People were a lot less sophisticated that we are today.

I guess I also dont care if there are aliens or not. It they were going to do something, they would have done it by now.
