I think that you missed out on how many of us are thriving. I do not know a single person in my age group (I'm 73) who doesn't look good and who is still going strong.

The video below is of my sister 62. She is 71 now, and she still turns cartwheels, dances, etc.

I went to the gym yesterday to sign up. I thought I had better tell the lady that I was 73. She went still for a moment and then said, "You don't look it." No, I look about 20 years younger - well, I did until covid. Now it's hard work to get it all back. :)
