I suggest that you stop believing American perspectives. Nobody is trying to control Africa. This is bs American propaganda that see Africa as a supply base, and is getting upset that there are a dozen Chinese people in Africa. They are vasstly exaggerating what is going on.
Perhaps listening to this Youtube Channel will give you another perspective. It is one of my favorite channels.
