I spoke to an attorney about getting ack some of my rent that I paid a year in advance. It's illegal to charge more than 3 months rent upfront - unless it's a 'foreigner' you're renting to. Then the landlords are 'protecing' themselves. I stand to lose about 4000 euros.

I've had more than enough people tell me that if you speak English, there's one set of rules for everybody else, and no rules at all for English spekaing people.
