I spent 10 years an evangelical Christian. During that time, I studied the bible thoroughly. The bible is not a history book. There is no god...

You're a Jew if your mother is a Jew. If your mother is not Jewish (even if you have a Jewish father), then you are not accepted as a Jew.

You would have to go through a 2 year formal converting program. It's tough.

If you're an Ashkenazi Jew (30% of Israeli Jews are Ashkenazi), you will have the DNA markers. They go back to the Middle East - specifically Turkey. Most of us can go in the sun (I can) without needing lotion. I have an olive skin, as did my late father.

Then there are Mizrahi Jews and Sephardic Jews. Mizrahi Jews are the ones that have been in the region for the past 2000 years and lived under Muslim rule. When the Middle East attacked Israel in 1947, they were forced to flee their Muslim countries and settled in Israel. Sephardic Jews were the Jews of Spain (Iberia). They were also quite dark.

You can be an atheist Jew, a Messianic Jew, a Buddhist Jew or a religious Jew. It's about who your mother was, and it has been that way for the past 2000 years.

One other thing. North Africa, (Nubia was southern Egypt) has a completely different DNA profile than Sub-Saharan Africa.

The people of North Africa (at the top of the Sahara Desert) have 80% Eurasian DNA and 20% African, and they can be a bit darker, a bit lighter, but they are not the black, black color of sub-Saharan Africa (where I spent most of my life).

Sub-Saharan Africans have 80% African DNA and 20% Eurasian DNA.

Your knowledge is erroneous in every way. Try science - it has the evidence. The bible is just a book of myths and legends made up by men in more primitive times.
