I realized some two years ago that we were now at the beginning of the shitty events that will eventually destroy us. I didn't see anymore point in writing about it. There is no going back, now. According to NASA, even if we stopped all oil now, it would take a 1000 years to restore the climate to pre-industrial levels.

My daughter knows about it. The idea is to live in a safe place - on high ground so that water runs down, in a strong house, so the wind doesn't blow it away, away from dry bush, so that fire doesn't get one, and hopefully, in a place where food and water is available. That's about the best one can do.
