Obviously, you've come to your own conclusions about Israel and the US. On Israel, I suggest you take a look at the Wikipedia article on "Israel and apartheid" where you'll find a nice compendium of all the evidence, pro and con, about whether that term (along with all its legal implications under international law) can be applied to Israel. It's a contentious and highly charged debate, but it will not be shut down "by definition".
