I prefer to speak to men any day of the week. They speak about impersonal facts. Women want to speak about other people and they are always going on about their feelings. Most of my readers are men.

I once went out on a date. About 2 hours in, the man started laughing. I asked him what he was laughing about. He said that I spoke about completely different things that other women did.

I asked him what other women spoke about. He said their families, their previous husbands and boyfriends, and their sex lives. Those are not topics I would talk about - to anyone.

I find that women are very involved with their feelings, very subjective when they talk. Men are very dominant, and very prone to mansplaining. My circles are limited to people who aren't trying to prove something, who can take themselves out of the topic and use factual data when conversing. It is surprising how rare that is - by both sexes.
