I never used to. I always used to listen. But I discovered that when I listened, people thought I was a walk over - that they could tell me what to do, etc. Eventually, I just snapped. Now when I meet new people, I talk about myself all the time. I do it to chase them away, to make sure that they don't ever presume to think that I am there to do what their minds and hearts dictates.

Twisted, isn't it?

The only time I'm a normal human being - give and take - is when I'm with friends.
