I moved to Ireland. Lots of water. One third of electricity generated from Wind, and they're building more. Downside is that they import 80% of their food. For some reason, economists think this will enable Ireland to survive because it is not dependent on income from food exports which is only 2%. The idea that Google, Microsoft, and Dell might all go out of business if the electricity grid fails is somehow overlooked.

Somehow an awful lot of things are being overlooked.
