I might be wrong, but you're an American. You don't appear to have a tertiary education. You're a gun instructor. You have probably never lived outside of America.

I am a dual German/South African citizen, have lived in the EU, the UK, and the US. I have been a student most of my life. I have attended the University of South Africa, the University of London and college in San Diego (where I did history classes).

How the hell would you know what is taught in other countries?
