I lived in the States for 11 years. I had no money. I also didn't know I was autistic. I eventually left. I couldn't get medical help, nothing. I was a legal immigrant. I have seen many people unable to get help in the States. From Ronald Reagan through Bill Clinton, they screwed the welfare state, and the result is that when you need help, if you are able to get any, it is so little that it's not worth having.

There is terrible poverty in the States.
