Since 2014, I have lived in Scotland, Spain, South Africa, Germany, and Portugal. I'm settling in Portugal. There are 8000 Americans hwo have immigrated here.

The draw has been it's a cheap country, I don't have to pay tax for 10 years, and it's in Europe. If everything goes according to plan, next stop is Ireland, but if it doesn't happen, Portugal is a good country.

The only reason I would go to Ireland is because my daughter might be going to live there.
