I hope your house is rock solid, that you close to drinking water, but that you live in a place where water runs downhill so that you are not flooded out. Also, that there is fire, you can protect yourself.

Ireland is, supposedly, one of the countries that will survive - to a degree, of course. |'m only 99 feet above sea level, and there are several streams that could flood around me. However, our cottage is on a hill, so hopefully, water runs down into a valley.

For the rest, this is a time when we establish a community and prepare for what's coming. We are all going to have to help each other get through.
