I haven't been distributed in six or seven months. There was a time when virtually ever piece was disgtributed.

Why? Because I've had negative things to say about people who are teaching writing but can't write. Because I've had something to say about cancel and woke culture. I've had threats of suspension, so now I am very careful of what I write. To some degree, it has killed my joy in writing.

I find it interesting that I never wrote here for 2 or 3 weeks, and my daily income dropped to $2.50. Then I wrote an article, and another. In a few days, I hit more than $300. The c onclusion is that my readership comes solely from my subscription list - the people who are notified that I am writing something.

I do, however, have 4600 followrs. Many of those people have informed me that they struggle to find my work, and they have to specifically look for it to find it. Why? Why is my work not shown on the streams of people who follow me?

Another thing that annoys the hell out of me are the hundreds of newbie writers who write articles entitled "Today, I made $1.93. Let me tell you how I did it." "I just reached 50 followers" " seven ways you can become an expert."

It annoys the hell out of me. As you know, I am a life long published writer with a solid portfolio. More than that, I am a voracious reader. Why on earth would I be interested in that nonsense.

Let me dare to tell 'Creators Hub" Medium's own site for leading these people by the nose, that I don't want what they offer, and I amke myself more and more 'cancelled.'
