I have to confess that I know absolutely nothing about Down's syndrome, and if it is true that all people having Down's Syndrome are happy on earth, then I have to say that they are truly exceptional. I can't figure out whether they have an over-secretion of happiness hormone, or if they were blessed to be born into the type of parent's home where they were well treated, and when their parents died, they were able to carry on living because they had good jobs, were able to support themselves, or all their parents left them a lot of money.

I will have to google this to find out more about it.
