I have never agreed that women are attracted to bad guys. I think some women like to date men with money and some women like to date men they perceive as strong. But his is more about business dealings and friendship and colleagues and peers, etc. than dating. :)

I'm not sure that people have an inherent understanding of right and wrong. In Islam, it's perfectly okay to rape women who aren't Muslim and in Africa, some of the tribes see nothing wrong with killing others for their body parts.
