I have always found that those who object to their bad behaviour being pointed out have to say that others have no empathy.

I will concur with one factor - that I probably have the kind of genes that have protected me from incredible stress. According to two counsellors I saw in San Diego in my late 50s, people who live through the kind of abuse that I did are dead by the age of 25.

I know a lot about mental illness. My brother had schizophrenia, Tourette's, was bipolar, and committed suicide. My mother had a malicious narcissistic personality disorder.

I've read approximately 600 books on mental illness, self-help, neurology, etc.

I'm not going to comment about the lack of love in my life. There are many different factors involved. However, there are also lots of people who say that they love me, including my daughter.
