I had to go research you to find you why you wre so cluess, because, indeed, you are clueless. For the record, I'm 71, with work experience in South Africa, America, and the EU.
I burnt out at 45, not because I couldn't do the work. I always worked hard, and the work was always easy. I'm just naturally good at a lot of things. The problem was the arseholes I worked for.
My daughter is 37. Thankfully I got her out of America last year. She is completely burnt out. She worked hard. Her arsehole bosses treated her like a piece of meat.
She landed up in hospital 4 times as a result. This last time, she was working on a burst appendix for 5 days, but she didn't dare take time off work or pay attention to herself. She was working for the very, very rich in Houston - a place where clients had no problem parting with a $100,000 per year for membership. And she worked hard, and was constantly told that she was their best worker.
By the time she got to hospital, the doctors told her she had hours to live, called in a rabbi who then decided because she was reform and not orthodox, he couldn't attend to a dying young woman.
My contempt for your society knows no end. I left ifn 2014, and I will never have one bit of time for your ruthless, dog eat dog society. Your ruined my daughter. She is suffering from PTSD as a result of the harsh American culture.
I took a look at your resume.
I'm willing to bet you have no idea what Millennials or poor people go through. Your first job was as a navy officer. You basically started at third base and have been on the up and up since.
As for bosses being more intelligent than workers, no they're not. Finland did IQ tests of business owners and found them to have a measly 115 IQ. That's at the top of average. Nothing to write home about.
Also, for the record, 21% of CEOs and bosses are staright out psychopaths according to studies. The only way people get to be boses is by being willing to trample on people.
