I guess they'll stop lying when business stops lying about the 'fantastic' job 'opportunies' they have. And how fabulous it is to work for them.

The bottom line is 99% of people only work for the paycheck, and business puts unrealistic expectations on candicates. Candidates have to tell business the bs they want to hear in order to be considered for the job.
