I find that fascinating. You would know about that field. I frequently get into the zone, and I write very, very fast. I do, however, edit as I go along, and I'm not sure if that is counted in the speed of my writing.

By fast writing, I mean my thoughts flow very quickly, and I get them down fast. I also get into the zone very quickly. Thinking about what you've just said, my concentration is absolute, though. Maybe that is what it is.
