I don't want to write for publications. I don't even read them. So my work never gets boosted. In the past, I have made a decent income, but like many people, I found that having built up my income using one method, the algorithm changed, and one had to start building one's income again.

Over the years, many have left because of that.

I have a complusion to write, and so I continue, but sooner or later, the current system will adjust and all the effort one put into it will be for nothing.
