I don't think we have that sort of technology, and in the next few decades, many, many lives are going to be lost. As people migrate away from the heat zones, civil strife is going to increase. I think the electricity grid and education will become endangered. It will still exist in certain places, but much of what we take for granted now, is going to disappear.
