I don’t think that’s true. Human beings have no magic sense that says “This piece is written from the heart” and “This one isn’t.” Also, some people write and read because they need affirmation from other people. Thinkers (people like me) read for informaton. We’re not interested in connecting with others. Certainly, over a period of time, as we interact with others, we do connect with others, but that is not our motivation. :)
