I don't know what you're on, but clearly you don't recognize irony when you see it. It is not possible to do what you suggest.

The reason is simple. No one is interested. There isn't enough time for that way of life to evolve organically.

As I have been writing about this stuff for at least a decade, I can assure you that no one, including me, is interested in growing food in their back garden.
