I don't have a problem with masculine pronouns being the default. I don't have a problem with not being included. That's probably because I was never indictrinated with the belief that because I was a woman, I was a second class citizen. Never occurred to me. Nor did not being included in some events make me feel as if I am inferior in some ways.

We live in a hierarchical society. Herd animals require leaders. Human beings are a herd species. They also form tribes.

I truly don't understand this need for higher status. It is also true that men of intellect have always respected mine. The only issue I ever had with men is that my looks attracted them.

I am not quite sure why you are making this personal. One swallow does not a sparrow make.

That said, you are free to believe (and write) what you will. Our species will be extinct within 80 years, so I don't suppose it matters much.
