I don't even begin to relate. To me, a writer is someone who earns a living as a writer.

Also, we learnt none of thst stuff at school. We studied a lot of grammar - for years, did comprehension tests, wrote essays on topics thst had nothing to do with us, had some books and poetry we had to study, and that was it.

Why does everyone always mention the writers who struggle? Most professional writers don't.
