I don't believe that. When people's feelings are at the heart of morality, there can be no morality, because people's feelings are transient things. One moment they are resentfuly, and the next moment they are sympathetic.

To my mind morality is the simple precept of not harming others, and that extends in greater and greater circles. You don't harm your family, your community, the greater world, etc.
