I don't believe I said head for the hills. I said find a place not on a fault line, on high ground (e.g. a hill so that rain water runs down, on rock, cause sand will get water logged and sink holes will swallow up homes.

That could certainly be exactly where you are. It is most likely not in much of coastal Cali, Houston, or Florida
