I didn't say chambray. I was speaking about the weave - not the fabric. Do you actually know the difference? I said 'chambray weave.' I did not say the fabric was chambray. I described the weave as the same as chambray.

As for Levi or Lee, I wouldn't know. I have no interest in brand names. I also didn't say that any company was passing anything off as chambray. I said that the weave used was a chambray weave not a twill weave. I haven't seen a twill weave for decades.

Of course, I don't go to denim stores. Think about it. Do you think that stores that sell denim jeans for $20 are selling a high end product with a high thread count and a twill weave that costs more to make?
