I can assure you that the damage America has done to the world (and continues to do) has cost the rest of us far more than the $5 billiont hat Truman contributed to the Marshall Plan.

In addition, Russian losses in terms of men, and their contribution in terms of money and resources was 3 or 4 times what America's was. It's funny how that has been written out of history.
