I believe in the death penalty. But I only believe in the death penalty when there is absolute and utter proof that someone murdered someone else, i.e. video footage.

In this case we have it.

All four need to get the utlimate punishment.

I know that is not the done thing today, but consider that public taxes would pay for the incarceration of these people, and as private-profit making companies are making excessive money out of this, I don't see why the general public has to pay for the evil in these people.

Prison is not only a punishment, but it is a means of preventing some people from continually harming others. But when the general public has to pay, who, exactly is being punished? The general publish, of course.
