I am so sorry to hear that - have you complained to Goodreads? That is so bad. To be honest, I seldom go to Goodreads. Not really interested in being part of a community.

I suppose, if a platform says it's paying for one's writing, I look to see what they are paying, because I like being paid for my writing. So I'm not looking at it as a place to support emerging writers.

Obviously, Vocal isn't paying me. I'm not writing there.
