How you won awards for your reporting on ethnic and religious, I don't know. Let me explain a few things to you.

You say, "The complexity of Jewish identity is evidenced by the fact that atheist Jews, unlike their Christian or Muslim counterparts, often still identify as Jews, embrace the concept of a Jewish people, and have a connection, positively or negatively, to Israel.

Being a Jew has nothing to do with what you believe. It's very simple - not complex at all. If your mother is Jewish, then you're Jewish. If your father is Jewish, then you're not Jewish. That's it. Half Of Israel is secular.

This is a war between a terrorist regime and a modern western state. it does not threaten democracy in the least. The terrorist state is, surprisingly, a democracy. After all, polls have shown that 70% to 80% support Hamas. Then, again, if you understand the situation, you know that Gazans have been brainwashed since birth to 'kill a Jew.'

There are 8.5 billion people on this planet and hundreds of millions of publications, including very active social networks where Israel and Palestine are discussed. It's absurd to say that Israel is trying to shut down talk about it. It's not that stupid. In fact, its error was in not shutting down the Iranian and Palestinian propaganda which has shaped the weak-minded.

America has less than 5% of the world's population. You cannot state that because one or two people said this and that, that Israel is trying to shut down the conversation. One sparrow does not a summer make.

I took some time to read through your many other articles in other publications. You have quite a level of bias. You also give a meaning to 'from the river to the sea', Palestine will be free," meaning something it most definitely does not mean.

I admit to trying to find out some more information about you so that I could understand your foundational view. Couldn't find anything. And that says something.
