How is a bank in South Africa now forced to track every single bit of money that is coming to any South African citizen from any country in the world for any amount helping to track money of all Americans. I am not American. I am a South African citizen. And the money was from an ex South African citizen now living in Australia.

It had nothing to do with American money.
