How does it help if there is a 20 inch downpour and all the land is washed away? How does it help if there is a fire that burns things down?
The only way to protect agriculture in the future is through vertical farming using red light (eletricity). That's not absolute, of course. When the electricity goes, the vertical farming goes as well.
