How about developing a sense of humour. There are caricatures for every nation and religion under the sun.
As for antisemitism, anti-zionism, yes. Antisemitism, well, everybody is anti someone. From my days in the Jewish community, I was called a gattas (a play on a Yiddish word and Afrikaans which means a backside/bum), a yok, a shiksa, and everything else. They would speak in front of me, little knowing or caring that I might understand yiddish.
I had a Jewish father, eventually converted, and also left in disgust. Talk about a Rabbi constantly hitting on me, the congregation not having a problem with this because "He's always been like this," and the treatment of Palestine by Israel.
So I'm Jewish. Like I said. Get a sense of humour.
