Growth, depending on whether it will have a negative effect or not, would be classified as goodness.

Anything that works to the betterment and survival of life on earth would be considered good. Anything that works towards its destruction would be considered bad.

Same thing with indifference. Indifference to climate change is bad. Indifference as to whether someone wore a black dress or a white dress makes no difference.
