Firstly, it's not the job of writers to read the stories of other wiiters. The job of a writer is to write so well that READERS not writers want to read them.

You're also using a follow for follow method to get readers. It doesn't work. It puts off anyone who is an authentic reader. It tells them that people didn't follow you because they liked what you read. They followed you on a return basis.
