Okay, so here's the thing. People in different countries have different levels of kindness and consideration towards each other. In a country where competition for survival, it brings out the savage in man.

Most of mankind, when threatened , can become savage. That's because their lives are on the line. By the same token, given the right motivation, all people can also be kind and self-sacrificing and work towards a mutual goal.
