Do you understand what the right of assocation is? It means that I have the civil right to chose my friends. It means I have the right to avoid people who cause me grief, anquish, and hell.

I am 70 years old. I have faced extreme abuse throughout my life. Can you give me one reason why I shouldn't block people who abuse me? Are you honestly so isolated that you think that someone like me isn't fully aware of what is happenign internationally:?

1. I read for at least five hours every day. Here are some examples of what I read.

The Hong Kong newspapers - South China Morning Post.

The Russian rag - Russia Todsay

Al-Jazeera - Saudi Arabia.

The Wall Street Journaal

The Washington Post

The New York Times

Mother Jones

Google News

The Guardian (British)

The Daily Mail

The Independent

Der Spiegel (Germany)

France Today (French)

Africa online

Mail and Guardian (South Africa)

Cape Argus

Cape Times

What do you read? How many hours do you spend reading psychology, neurology, geology, books?

Ever listened to Alain de Botton from the London School of Life? How many times have you watched a British parliamentary system or watched Jonathan Pie mock the hell out of them?

Ever listened to Angela Merckel or Boris Johnson?

I don't give a shit if someone has a different opinion. I will ,however, not open myself to being called a libtard, a snowflake, a lecture from an evangelical Christian (I'm a hardcore atheiest).

When I refuse to talk to people, it is not because I don't want to know the other side, it's because I have already read the other side's view and I've been doing so for the duration of my 70 year life.

I absolutely understand where the far right and the far left are coming from. I also understand where the centre is coming from. (Sorry, my British and American spelling sometimes get intermixed).

My question to you is why I would talk to stupid, ignorant people?

At 70, I prefer to speak to people who actually have an education and a brain.
